Mediocre Stay Lacking in Some Aspects

gassy drinks sunbed condition

The hotel's location offers excellent access to the beach a definite plus point.

The all-inclusive drinks were consistently gassy making them less enjoyable I found this detracted from the overall experience furthermore the hot food options proved disappointing in quality and taste some improvement here would significantly enhance the dining experience. The condition of the sunbeds needs attention many showed signs of wear and tear and should be replaced

pool depths room location comfy beds kids activities

i totally loved the pools, they had different depths. this was great for everyone. my room location near the pool made everything super easy. plus, the beds are really comfy. i was so happy with the adult and kids activities. the food was amazing and i was surprised for it being all inclusive!

Fantastic Stay With Attentive Staff

friendly staff good location worth price

The staff were very friendly. They helped with everything I needed (even extra towels). The location is good and offers many activities. It's also close to the beach. I found the all-inclusive option well worth the price.

I was a little sad that no one offered help when i had to move rooms. Instead of enjoying myself, i spent two hours moving. I think there should be better assistance when guests need to relocate .

The food was very nice, with great variety. I especially enjoyed the seafood selection on Friday. The pool bar offered burgers during the day, so convenient and tasty.

The hotel is right on the beach. The rooms are clean and the house keeping were great. I found the food selection massive and lovely. A photographer took amazing photos of my family.

The hotel is run down. Areas need fresh paint. The pool was missing tiles and paint was flaking off. Floors are slippery, I noticed people slip. I was glad I had pool shoes for my children.

Really good Family Holiday

great view varied choice engaging team suite accommodation

Our family had an very nice time here. The suite had a great view of the pools. The restaurant offered a variety of choices catering to everyone's tastes. The entertainment team was great at engaging people in activities (Adam especially).

The pool could open slightly earlier than 10 AM because the children were eager to get in.

The hotel is right on the beach front. This provides a beautiful view from the rooms. A cycle path runs between the beach and hotel. Reaching the airport or exploring nearby locations is easy.

The restaurant was clean and chefs constantly refreshed the food, keeping it fresh and hot. The snack bar offered chips, hot dogs, burgers and ice creams (a hit with the children). The food is marked clearly, so people with allergies can easily find their choices.

The swimming pools are great with something always happening. Daily activities included aqua gym, water polo, and the magic carpet. Inflatable slides and a floating trampoline were available for the children on certain days. Sunbeds were always available.

The rooms are spacious and cleaned every day. The bed was comfortable. Complimentary water was in the room upon our arrival. The view overlooked the pool and extended out to the sea.

The hotel staff are all friendly and helpful. The staff can't do enough to help, from reception to cleaning staff. The animation team worked hard. The photographer was friendly and took great family photos.
